Equipped Training Workshops

Vocational education is built around practical experience. Students need more than classroom instruction. They need access to real tools, equipment, materials, and supervised workshop environments where they can practice the skills they are learning. The Equipped Training Workshops campaign will provide the essential equipment required for the initial vocational programs at the ELIM campus. The first phase of training will focus on five areas: Brick Laying Carpentry Painting Plumbing Electrical The workshops will give students opportunities to learn through hands-on projects while developing the technical skills, safety awareness, confidence, and workplace habits needed for employment or entrepreneurship.
